Deep Vein Thrombosis

Since 1980 Mr. Scurr has conducted extensive research into the management, treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). He has been actively involved in researching why travelers develop DVT, culminating in an important study published in The Lancet in 2001 which recognised that DVT is far more common than was originally thought in travellers.
