Although dedicated to the prevention of clinical accidents, John Scurr has become aware that even following an accident the management of the patient can be critical. The early provision of clinical reports, sound advice with strong legal input can result in the early settlement of claims and minimize further trauma.

Although many patients, following an unsatisfactory procedure, will be seeking monetary compensation the majority of patients actually require an explanation and an apology. In an attempt to facilitate this we now run a mediation service.
